Welcome to the Think pillar. We began this series with a broader more holistic view of the idea of stress. The research shows us that at least 70% of the population recognise that stress plays a role in their lives, often adversely affecting their physical and mental well-being, many undermine the impact emotional stress can play on our physical health.

If we think in a more holistic way then we realise that ‘stress’ is actually anything that compromises our immune system and promotes chronic inflammation, you will see there is so much more to ‘stress in our modern world’ that impacts on our physical and mental health.
